Why i have to be prepared for the interview? Know your resume because they read your resume before interview. Explain how your experiences gave you better skill for this job. Focuses on you’re the skills, knowledge and accomplishment. Experience is an important part of questioning in the interview. Never lie about your experiences because the company can always know the true about you when they check your references. Know why you would like to work there and your long term objectives. Remember than often the company search for a candidate who would like to grow up with them. Also, it’s important to know the company's mission statement and have a sense of their structure.
How I have to dress for an interview? Men: Look like a business man. Wear a suit and tie with good shoes polished is the best. Hair and mustache or beard clean and really well trimmed. Don’t wear to much cologne or perfume. Women: Look like a simple business women. Wear a suit with a skirt professional length or pant. Polish dress shoes, light jewelry and not too much accessories and perfume.
What are the traditional topics of the interview? Your resume, your education, your skills and experiences The company wants a get an impression of you from different questions and make sure you are the right person for a position
What to do during the interview? Answer job interview questions directly. Be confident without being arrogant. You have to show that you are interested in the company by showing that you have researched the organization. You should always ask the interviewer a few good questions.
What questions should I ask about the company? Make research online, you need to know about the company, company culture and a job description before the interview. Focus your questions on: the company, the job opportunity, the interviewer and the closing.
How to close interview? This is the time to provide additional questions or material as letters of recommendation and references. If you want to know what they think about you, you could ask what they think about your candidature for this job. Close with a very brief summary

After the interview what I can do? To remind to interviewer your interest, email thank you note the day of interview. One week after the interview send a follow up letter to say thanks again and your still interested or make a phone call.
What kind of questions could be asked in a second interview? The second interview is more focused on industry, the position and the evaluation of your skills. Usually a first interview is conducted by human resources personnel, to screen initial candidates. The second interview is with your potential manager or supervisor.
How to get and provide references for employment? Usually, you will have to provide references for employment when the company is interested in you as a potential hire. You have to be prepared to provide a list of employment references. You need to be sure that you are asking to your former bosses, human resource people, supervisor or co-workers to write a letter of reference or to give you a verbal reference before you start your job research. You also need to explain them that is for a new job and know what the reference giver is going to say about you. Don't use anyone as a reference without getting their permission!
Every time you change employment, you should ask for a reference letter from your human resource person or supervisor to keep in file.
Remember than some employers will not provide references. Due to concerns about company reference policy, they will only provide job title, dates of employment and salary.
A prospective employer should always ask your permission before contacting your references. Usually they process to a verbal reference by phone after the first or the second interview.
